📋 SPRS Submission Guidance
Per 32 CFR § 170.15, upon completion of a Level 1 self-assessment, submit results to the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
- Complete this assessment — all 15 requirements must be MET or N/A.
- Document your report — record findings, evidence, and any enduring exceptions or temporary deficiencies. An SSP is recommended but not required at Level 1.
- Submit to SPRS — Log into SPRS and enter your Level 1 results.
- Senior Official Affirmation — A senior official must affirm results in SPRS (32 CFR § 170.22).
- Maintain annually — Level 1 self-assessments must be conducted annually (32 CFR § 170.15).
Important: Level 1 does NOT allow POA&Ms. All requirements must be fully MET or N/A to achieve Final Level 1 (Self) status.
