Senior Compliance Engineer

Remote (U.S.) or Colorado Springs, CO • Full-time • $140K-180K + equity

What You'll Do:

  • Design automated compliance systems for defense contractors (CMMC, RMF, NIST 800-171)
  • Build CI/CD security pipelines, infrastructure hardening playbooks, monitoring dashboards
  • Conduct client assessments and develop systematic optimization strategies
  • Train client teams on self-sufficient operations

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in security engineering or DevOps (defense contractor experience preferred)
  • Strong automation skills (Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Python)
  • Deep understanding of NIST 800-171 and CMMC requirements
  • Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)

Strategic Advisor (Part-Time/Fractional)

Remote or Colorado Springs, CO • Fractional (15-20 hrs/week) • $200-300/hr

What You'll Do:

  • Advise defense contractors on compliance strategy and optimization
  • Conduct executive workshops on systematic compliance design
  • Support business development (proposal development, client presentations)
  • Contribute to thought leadership content

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years defense contractor experience (operations, engineering, or security leadership)
  • Deep CMMC/RMF expertise (ideally former C3PAO assessor or DoD auditor)
  • Strong business acumen (you understand P&L, not just compliance)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance preferred

Business Development Associate

Colorado Springs, CO (on-site 2-3 days/week) • Full-time • $80K-100K + commission (OTE: $140-180K)

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and qualify defense contractor prospects (focus on Colorado Springs initially)
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments
  • Coordinate proposal development and presentations
  • Manage client relationships through implementation

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales or business development (defense industry strongly preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with technical concepts
  • Colorado Springs location (local defense contractor network essential)
